I have no precise definition yet for "well-arranged network". However, this Web site is well arranged in the sense that:

Every page conforms to XHTML 1.0 and can be checked by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner. (Purists may object that it's not really XHTML because tables are used for layout. Alas, CSS layout is unreliable.)
Every link from a page to a URL within the site works.
Every URL within the site is permanent if it can be reached from this page by following links within the site. In other words, I promise not to break links to this site from elsewhere unless they point to a hidden resource.
URLs are short, with no directory name longer than 8 characters and file names typically 8.3 or 8.4 (except published papers, whose URLs encode themselves).
Pages are simple so they load quickly.

Not everyone (well, hardly anyone, really) recognizes the word "eutaxy". So, when giving out this domain name over the phone, I tell people that it's an acronym for the true sentence

The Eutaxy.Net Web site includes a directory of temporary documents but scrubs it daily around 5 AM. The site is hosted at 64.65.213.197. The network uses the range 64.65.213.186 through 64.65.213.217. Both are physically 42 degrees 27 minutes North, 76 degrees 29 minutes West.
